Hey! I'm Carina Shanahan, a teenager who loves *gasp* to write! But you know what they say, just keep dreaming. Anyway, I've been homeschooled for my entire life. Yes, I do school in my pj's.  :P  

 I've loved writing since I was a little kid. The first good story I ever read was Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien and the Redwall series by Brian Jaques. Amazing authors, if you haven't read their stuff, do it. They, C.S. Lewis, and many other great writers have influenced me, not to mention my awesome Mom and Dad!

 I have done taekwondo for the past seven years and achieved my black belt in November, 2015. I also did ballet, Irish step, and tap dance for several years. 

 I am also, if you haven't already guessed, a fangirl. I LOVE Lord of the Rings, Ranger's Apprentice (by John Flanagan), the Alex Rider series (Anthony Horowitz), the Inheritance Cycle (Christopher Paolini), and so many more!
